These terms govern your use of the Coders Zone website and your enrollment in courses run by Coders Zone, an offline coding and IT skills training academy based in IT Park, Indore. By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.
This Website
This site describes our courses, faculty, placement process, and lets you send us an enquiry. Submitting an enquiry through this site does not enroll you in a course or reserve a seat — enrollment is confirmed only after you’ve spoken with our team and completed registration at our campus.
Fees & Payment
Course fees, EMI options, and batch schedules are shared directly by our counsellors and are not published on this website, as they can change between batches. Fees are payable at our campus as per the payment plan agreed at the time of enrollment.
Cancellations & Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is provided in writing at the time of enrollment and forms part of your enrollment agreement. If you haven’t enrolled yet and want to know our current policy before deciding, ask us — we’re happy to share it upfront.
Internship & Placement Assistance
Every track includes a live-project internship and dedicated placement assistance for students who complete it: resume building, interview preparation, communication and soft-skills training, and referrals until you are placed. The internship is unpaid and is offered through our industry partner.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to attend classes regularly, engage respectfully with trainers and fellow students, and follow campus rules. We reserve the right to discontinue a student’s access to classes or the internship program in cases of serious misconduct.
Intellectual Property
All course material, curriculum content, and the design of this website belong to Coders Zone unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute course material without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee it’s error-free at all times. Coders Zone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or enrollment after a change means you accept the updated terms.
