Coders Zone (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs an offline coding and IT skills training academy in IT Park, Indore. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information We Collect
When you fill out an enquiry form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- The course you’re interested in (if selected)
- Any message you choose to add
We don’t use analytics or tracking cookies of our own. Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map; when it loads, Google may set its own cookies, which are covered by Google’s privacy policy. If we add anything else in the future (for example, Google Analytics), we will update this policy to reflect it.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit only to get in touch with you about the course(s) you enquired about — by phone call, WhatsApp, or email. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How We Contact You
Enquiries submitted through this site are sent via WhatsApp or email, both of which are third-party services with their own privacy policies (WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.). We don’t control how those platforms handle message data in transit — only what we personally do with the information once we receive it.
Data Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and, if you enroll, for our admissions records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your Rights” below).
Your Rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Write to us at info@coderszone.example and we’ll act on it promptly.
Who Can Share Information
Many of our students are under 18. If you are a minor, please ask a parent or guardian to send the enquiry on your behalf. We only use the details for the purpose of replying to the enquiry.
Keeping Your Information Safe
We limit access to enquiry details to the team members who respond to enquiries and handle admissions. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable care.
Third-Party Links
This site links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social media pages. Once you leave our site, their own privacy policies apply.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we collect or use your information, we’ll update this page. Material changes will be dated at the top of this policy.
